Are you a wholesaler? "I want to carry Rockin' Bones in my store!" "I want custom outfits for my team!"
STORE OWNERS: Yes we wholesale! To become an authorized retailer, you must either be a buyer for a brick and mortar store with a physical address, a vendor for trade shows with your own booth, OR own your own website domain. Click HERE for details.
DANCE GROUPS/TEAMS/BULK PRICING: If you do not own a store but you have a roller derby team, dance group, etc, let us know and we may approve a discounted bulk rate for you.
I don't have a credit or debit card. Can I pay with Paypal?
Yes! Select the Paypal button on the view cart page to checkout with Paypal.
I do not have a Paypal account, Can I pay with a credit or debit card?
Yes! Select the Google Checkout button to pay securely through their system. You will just need to create a username/password to complete payment so that you can later login for order tracking/etc.
Can I pay with a check, money order, wire transfer, or cash?
Sorry, we are only accepting online payments at this time.
I do not shop online. Where can I find a store near me?
We stock stores in the US, Europe, Japan, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and we are always adding more so check back often. Click HERE for a list of stores that stock Rockin' Bones. If you do not see a store located near you, tell your favorite boutique to check us out!
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Click HERE to view our shipping policy. Delivery times depend on your selection at checkout, location, and season.
I placed an order but I never received an email saying the item was shipped. What is going on?
Rockin' Bones clothing is a custom brand and items are made/printed to order. Shipment after payment date depends on our current production schedule./seasonal demand. Non-wholesale orders are shipped 2-5 business days after payment. We email a usps.com tracking number the evening after shipment. If it has not been 5 business days since you paid for your order, you have not received a shipment email because your order is still in queue. You will receive it soon. If it has been more than 5 business days and you did not receive a shipment email, your order has been shipped, but the email must not have reached you. Please check your email settings and spam filter to ensure you can receive shipment emails from Google Checkout and/or Paypal. Please email us and we will send you your tracking number again.
I need to receive my order soon for an event. Can you rush a shipment for me?

I don't know what size to select. Can you help me?
First, check out our size chart and measurement diagram on this page: SIZING.
Our chart recommendations are based on the snug fit seen on our models.
If you are still in doubt, we recommend purchasing the next size up.
That way, if your item does not fit we can size it down for you. This is not usually possible for sizing up.
If you are between sizes or your measurements fit one size in one area and a different size in another area,
email us your measurements and we will let you know what size will fit you.

How do I order a custom sized garment?
If you are between sizes most items in our shop can be custom sized provided they meet the requrirements below:
Note: we cannot customize sizing on womens long sleeve and short sleeve "tees," mens "tshirts," and tutus.
We can customize sizing on womens halter tops, tunic dresses, tutu dresses, and mini skirts for no extra charge.
Note: Custom sizing cannot be made larger than the largest measurement listed for xxxl or smaller than the smallest measurement listed for xxxs on our size chart though.
To select a custom sized item, email us your measurements using the contact link on our site and we will respond with confirmation that we have your info on file and can meet your request. After you receive our reply you can select a random size for your item/s/ and checkout. Note: the size you select for your custom sized garments at checkout does not matter because we will have a note of your measurements from your previous email, so we will disregard the size info from the cart anyways.
How much does shipping cost?
All orders orders shipped within the USA ship for $5 with tracking included via USPS first class mail. Express mail for USA delivery starts at $18 and depends on order size. Click view cart and calculate shipping after selecting Express mail to see the rate for your order.
For orders shipped outside the USA, add the items you want to your cart, click the view cart button, select your country in the drop down shipping menu, & click calculate shipping. The shipping price for will display on that page. International shipping is calculated based on size & weight.
Do you ship outside the USA?
Yes! We ship worldwide.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We have shopping carts set up for secure online payment processing. You can pay securely with a credit/debit card (by clicking the Google Checkout button). We also accept Paypal.
What if I need to return my items?

How do I become a model for Rockin' Bones? (females)
We are not hiring at this time. Most of our models begin their relationships as customers with us, so we recommend that you support us by purchasing our designs instead of waiting for our next hiring period. When we do hire again, you must meet ALL of the following criteria (please do not enquire if you do not).:
*Important! You must live in Austin, TX, where our headquarters are located and we photograph our products as of 2012. We no longer shoot models that do not live in our city because we have a 2 part interview process and people visiting Austin are more prone to tardiness/no-shows. Also, we do not shoot on location outside of Austin anymore (ie in any other city/state) for the same reasons. If you do not LIVE in Austin, TX, please do not inquire.
*Must be 21 or older.
*Must be 5'5"+
*Dress size XXS-M in our size chart.
*Shoulder length hair or longer (or have extensions that length that you can put in to shoot).
*No tattoos of trademarked graphics visible in photo shoots.
*Previous experience with at least 3 clothing brands preferred but not required (see note at end of list for details).
*Must arrive hair/makeup ready (in style instructed) for your shoot.
*Must present a variety of work in portfolio; providing candids and indicating photos from last 6 months.
*Must be published in multiple print magazines; most recent within 3 months preferred but not required (see note at end of list for details).
*Must have interest/knowledge of horror movies (company branding).
*Must listen to/have knowledge of 1960s garage rock, 1970s-80s punk/post punk/dark wave, and/or classic metal (company branding/photo shoot playlists).
*Most importantly, you must have a look/style that we feel is compatable with our company image and current roster of models. You can meet all of the requirements above, but if you don't have it, we cannot work with you.
*Note: a couple of the requirements say "preferred but no required." If you do not meet those but you meet everything else, we may be able to use you for runway instead of catalog. Catalog models must meet all requirements though.
How do I become a model for Rockin' Bones? (males)
We have a small but steady pool of male t-shirt models and will not seek new male models for quite some time.
How do I become a photographer, mua, or hair stylist for Rockin' Bones?
We are no longer seeking new photographers, muas, or hair stylists.
As of 2010, we do not mail or bring free, loaned, or discounted wardrobe for shoots, not even if/when we are in the same location as you. The owners of Rockin' Bones photograph & style all shoots. All Rockin' Bones models arrive hair/makeup ready to our shoots (most do their own makeup looks), so we will not be hiring hair/makeup stylists. If you would like to be involved with Rockin' Bones, we invite you to enter our monthly photo competition HERE. Winners receive a permanent spot in the winner's photo section with links to their ports.
Will you hire me/carry my products on your website?
No.
We are not seeking designers for our clothing, nor will we be in the future.
We run and update our site ourselves and we are not/will not be seeking web design/graphics help in the future.
Do not ask us to carry your products. We are a manufacturer, not a reseller.
We only carry Rockin' Bones brand products on our website.
Do you take custom orders?
We do not duplicate items created by other designers/screen printing artists or create custom garments that are not part of our current collection. We do have drop down menus for customizations in size, length, straps, and color on most items in our shop. If you have a special request not included in the drop down menus that's not a reproduction of another designer's work, feel free to email us with your request and we will let you know if we can make it happen.
